At WookAI, we’re committed to making foodservice operations faster, smarter, and easier through inventory automation and ordering tools. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our services are delivered, how subscriptions are managed, and the terms of our cancellation, trial, and refund policy.

 

1. Service Fulfillment

WookAI is a cloud-based platform. Access begins once you’ve signed up, subscribed, and verified your email.

Account Activation
After signing up, you will receive a verification email. You must confirm your email address before your account becomes active. Once verified and payment is complete, you’ll have immediate access to your WookAI dashboard.

Ongoing Service
Your active membership includes:
– Inventory normalization and vendor price comparison
– Smart ordering and purchasing tools
– Reporting, analytics, and ongoing updates

2. Month-to-Month Memberships Only

WookAI operates on a month-to-month basis. There are:
– No contracts
– No annual commitments
– No hidden fees

You’re free to cancel at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime — no need to contact support.

How to Cancel
– Go to your WookAI dashboard.
– Click the blue “Plan Subscribed” button at the top of the page.
– Follow the prompts to cancel. Your cancellation is processed instantly.

After Cancellation
– Your service continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
– We’ll retain your account data for 30 days, in case you change your mind.– After 30 days, your account and all data will be permanently deleted from both WookAI and Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our product and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your most recent charge.

Refund Terms
– You may request a full refund for the most recent month only.
– We do not issue refunds for multiple months of service.
– Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge date.

How to Request a Refund
– Email support@wookai.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
– Include your account email and (optional) a brief explanation.
– Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Free Trial Terms

WookAI offers a 30-day free trial for all new accounts.

– No payment is charged during the trial period.
– At the end of 30 days, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically unless you cancel beforehand.
– You can cancel at any time during the trial from within your WookAI dashboard by clicking the blue “Plan Subscribed” button.
– If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you return. After that, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from WookAI and Stripe.

6. Policy Updates

WookAI may update this policy as our services evolve. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of WookAI constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
